Fix on clear coat is body shop or use razor blade and remove loose stuff. Then polish fiberglass.

Tell me more specific on body mount issue. Have not see that on our 97 Magna 5418

There a two ways to fix the peeling clear coat that I have used.

1. Take the rig to a professional truck painter who will remove the clear coat, paint the rig to match the gelcoat, and apply new clear coat. I had this done on the brow of my rig in 2003 and it is still good today.

2. Scrape the peeling clear coat, clean the gel coat, wipe with acetone dampened rag, apply Spraymax 2K Clear Coat, sand, buff, and polish. (I apply the new clear coat, sand the ridge where the old clear coat surrounds the repair area, and then apply more clear coat.)
