I just retrieved our coach from storage and after coming home we turned on the heat. Everything works as expected. When shutting things down, just turning the thermostat power switch to off only causes the back lighting inside the thermostat to dim slightly, and the heat continues. Unplugging the phone cables inside the front A/C unit will cause shutdown, and restart when re-plugged. Changing the mode settings of the t-stat to Off will cause shut-down of the heat.
Work performed on coach during winter was upgrade audio-video system, which of course involves getting into the wiring behind the PS over-head compartments.
Has the t-stat gone bad? What is the test procedure? Did the tech run a screw into a cable causing a backfeed into the t-stat control cable?

You can reset the Comfort Control by turning the thermostat on, hold down the top and bottom button, turn the thermostat off and back on while still holding down the buttons. FF will appear in the display showing a "reset" this worked for us.

Just tried the reset procedure and no luck. T-stat doesn't re-set, no "FF" or any change.
