I recall some time ago there was a post by someone who used a small refrigerator in one of their storage bays as an overflow and possible emergency refrigeration.

Any thoughts on what would fit?

Lon, yes, I remember that too. We bought a small, and I mean small, Emerson dorm refrig at Target yesterday for about $80 with tax and have it sitting on our dining table. I holds very little but is better than nothing -- milk for cereal and coffee and wine for 5:00 and eat out rather than cooking I guess!!
