I have the 3000-MH transmission and I understand there is a way to check the fluid level on the shifter in the coach by pressing both the up shift & down shift arrows at the same time, however I do not remember the sequence. For example, should I shift through reverse and drive or drive and reverse do I leave it in Neutral??? Is there some other sequence I'm suppose to follow ??? Can anyone help

Chuck, put it in neutral, then press up/down arrows together, the tranny will go through a countdown. A good time to do this is when you pull into a rest area, before shutiing down, it helps pass the 2-3 minutes cool down wait. When you're done just press neutral again.

I assume you have two arrows (buttons). After driving long enough to warm up the transmission, park on level ground, put transmission in neutral, leave engine running and press both buttons simultaneously. The system will go through a count down and in about a minute you will see the oil level displayed on the led. I think, can't exactly remember - crs, mine displays OL and then Ok if the level is good.
