Can anyone recommend a shop in Tucson for Michelins?

I just bought 2 XZA3 at Redburn Tire. Very fresh only about 9 weeks old. 275/80R-22.5 G rated. Good price I think. Ask for Brian (520) 571-1133

Double check the prices you get with a quote from Les Schwab in JC, OR. I found that the Tucson Tire Dealers were $2K higher, for 8 tires, than Schwab.

Rich Mr. Beach is right you should check prices. I found that Bob Dickman Tire in JC were about thirty dollars a tire more than the out the door prices I got Redburn Tire in Tucson. I did find some dealers were higher but not by much.

Be sure you get the straight story on how they do the mounting and balancing. I put Centramatics on mine, but the shop only had a gravity balancer - a pipe on 2 bearings. I think there are better options, but I'm not an expert.

Mike,

I watched them spin balance the tires and when I took the coach to 75 mph after install they were dead smooth. I have a background in balancing of turbine engines and aircraft propellers, in fact I developed much of the balancing instruments in use by the turbine engine manufactures and their service centers, so I am very critical of the method anyone uses to do the balancing. Redburn did a good job on my coach.

I intended the comment for anyone that is shopping for tires.

What is your opinion of Centramitics?
