I think what they had meant to say was: Fuse Block. I have never heard of a Fuse Plate. Suggest you go on line and look up: Bussman Fuses. You will see they have lots of Fuse Blocks but no fuse plates.

I have received several emails indicating that there is a fuse behind the radio, I have removed the backup camera and have all the wiring visible now that is their. I have not been able to locate a fuse for the radio in this location. Does anyone know if it is some place other than behind the radio?

check for the hot lead to the radio; mine was an inline fuse in the red power line to the radio

I have done this but no luck.
I had one post that suggested to look at the Audio and Panasonic wiring diagrams of which I plan on doing tomorrow. Hopefully these will point out the fuse locations as I have had no luck so far. I have checked most of the suggestions that I have received via the CC forum. I plan on continuing to check out the last postings I have received today.
