If you have the electric valve in the toilet there is a small box with a timer under the back bowl cover . Turn the timer down and it will allow less water to enter. As for the shower, in the head is a blue plastic water saver restricter. Remove the head and remove the plastic piece and you will have more volume and pressure.

On my 06 Allure the water control valve for the toilet was in the small cabinet above the toilet. If you are looking into the cabinet at the bottom left is a small ( about 4"X 6" ) access panel. It is just pressed in there and will pop out. Behind it is an adjustment thumb screw. Turn it one way or the other, can't remember direction, and that may take care of the toilet issue. Someone else mentioned how to help the shower. Good luck.
