I was wondering if anyone here has ever been to the HWH facility in Moscow for work. What was your experience like? We have a front slide that's always playing up. (They tell me it needs a new 'equalizing valve'). We would also like to check out some 'bugs' in our air leveling system. (It won't lower the front).
I had a big dealer have a look at it but wasn't confident in them knowing what they were doing.
Thanks.

Bruce,
I took my coach there last fall for an equalizing cylinder.
They have a place to park and 50amp service.
On time, excellent work, at a bargain price, with friendly people.
Just like I remember from 20 years ago.

Hwh does great work, call for appointment or you might wait for a few days.

I bought my 2003 Intrigue (built in early 2002) a little over a year ago. No sooner had I purchased it, than I saw some dripping of hydraulic fluid from the vinyl trim panel in the ceiling of the front slide out room. I had noticed there was a lot of grime around the hoses and the equalizer over the propane tank, but I didn't see any of this drip in the inspection. I consulted with Doug Beaudry of Country Boys and he liaised with HWH on my behalf. Come to find out, I had "02" hose in my unit and HWH had a service bulletin out on this particular hose. On my may home from California to Michigan with the coach, I routed to Iowa and the HWH service center. They replaced ALL the slideout hydraulic hoses in the entire coach -- from the pump over to the equalizer and up and through the coach to both slideout rooms --AT NO COST TO ME. They put in a good 12 hours of service time and replaced all the hoses. And they let me hookup over night before I headed off the next morning. This was an 8 year old coach at the time. I can't imagine any company being a better customer servant than HWH was to me.
As far as their shop goes, it is simply beyond compare. If you are going to have specialized surgery, you go to Mayo because they do it more than anyone else. The same is true with the HWH shop. No one does as much hydraulics surgery as HWH!
