Recently on a return trip, we had a stabilizer/sway bar bracket break (the piece that attaches the stabilizer bar to the frame using 2 bolts). It was on the weekend and we limped back to Tampa FL. We took it to Tampa Spring who called CC for the parts. (we wanted to replace both brackets although only one was broken). Tampa Spring called CC who said they could get the parts, however CC never called them back. Tampa Spring said they could manufacture the parts better than the original, so we decided to let them do it. We had previously had work done by them and were satisfied. Tampa Spring completed the work in a timely manner and only charged $142 which included installation. Too bad CC isn't providing better service. We probably won't go there for service, but we certainly would order parts from them and pay shipping if we could get a response. I hope Bob Lee is listening and passing our comments to the employees. A company is only as good as their people. We are all pulling for CC's success.

Lonnie,
Bob Lee owns Oregon Motor Coach. His brother Ron Lee own CCC.
Big difference between the two.

Sorry I mistyped Bob instead or Ron.
I owe Bob an apology.
