Our Magna has developed a water leak that come up from the bathroom floor. On one or two of the tiles near the center wall, if you step on them, it will force water up from between the wall and the tiles. There is no leak from the ceiling above. I have not looked inside the storage bays under the bathroom to see if there is also water in there. Anyone else have a similar problem? Are there panels in the storage bay that I can remove to access the plumbing/tanks?

Jim

We had a sink drain pipe that had a broken fitting that leaked when water was let out of the basin and it showed up under the floor tiles. It was hard to find because it only leaked when water was being released.

I had the same problem but the water was coming from the bedroom sink.

Jim... Had a similar problem a few years ago... It was the cold water input to the hot water-heater...
In my coach the floor in the bedroom closet lifts up for access to the water-heater plumbing/wiring...
Suggest you take a look under the closet floor and see if that is where your water leak is located...
If it is, i fixed my leak with a "sharks-tooth" fitting purchased at Lowe's... cost about $7.00... a little expensive for a single fitting, but you don't have to have a ring-crimper to install it...

Buck I know you hate to be corrected, but it really is a COLD water heater. If the water was already hot , you wouldn't have to heat it. Just a little humor. Don't take it seriously

Good point Ron!

A little humor is good for the soul... Just hope we have helped Jim find his leak...
Don't mind being corrected when I need to be... Just don't think folks should be reprimanded 'cause they make a typo, forget to sign their post, capitalize a word for emphasis, etc..

to sum up, I think the forum should be a "kinder, gentler place"...

One possibility is your Microphur toilet: there is this black vacuum breaker you will see if you lift off the tank lid. It can get gunked up from hard water, and will leak water right onto the floor nder the tank every time you flush. Just look and flush. You cannot miss it. It then needs to be taken apart, cleaned and lubricated with silicon spray. I have to do this at least once a year.
