Greetings campers,

Does anyone have a good number to contact Kwikee (now Power Gear) for a warranty issue?
The number listed on all my Kwikee literature (800-736-9961) always rings busy - - always. I suspect there is a different number.

But then, maybe not.

Freind I would google their site, Had the Same problem with Xrantrex Interver issue a couple of weeks ago. Found an updated non 800 number and got a hold of them. Ken 99 Allure 30356

Thanks Ken.

I had already emailed them through a link on their website. I had a complete and helpful reply within 30 minutes, with virtually immediate back and forth afterwards.
While not a phone call, it was probably better, since troubleshooting procedures were attached.
I have to admit that the problem was mine, not theirs. I had pulled a circuit breaker to replace the step motor and forgotten to replace it, causing the steps to act squirrely.

The conversion kit works well. Series 34 steps.
