After many months of consideration and gnashing of teeth (and a few tears) we have decided that we can no longer travel like we used to do. Our 2000 Allure Millennium Edition #30485 is for sale. This would be a great opportunity for someone to get a cream-puff at a very reasonable price.

Just out of curiosity, how did you come up with $83K from NADA? I see more like $61K.

I ran through the NADA list and came up with $81,700 for average retail, so their number is pretty close. I had to make some assumptions not having all the details.

You are aware your MH has, as standard equipment, many of the options listed on the NADA sight, therefore you don't add that to your base price?
