ygrps-yiv-194190621 v0003a* {} We've been full-timers for six years now and have dealt with many RV service facilities...most left a great deal to be desired. After reading so many positive comments on this forum about Oregon Motor Coach, we decided to schedule our trip in their direction and stop by for servicing and a few minor repairs. We ended up spending a week there as they discovered some items that would have caused us big problems down the road. How refreshing to deal with folks who actually do what they say they will do...with care and concern for the customer as their primary focus.
Each day, Bob Vinson would meet with us and let us know plans for the day. He was available to talk to us any time during the day. He was responsive to our needs, diligent about details, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas. At the end of the day, he was there to give us an update. During the day, we were made to feel a part of their family. Terri and Brenda were there (the lounge) with hot coffee, a morning newspaper, snacks, fruit and best of all, a warm cheery smile. It's also a great feeling to know that Vern is there to talk us through any problem we might encounter in the future. Every person we met at OMC impressed us and we would give them two thumbs in all categories. Good job, Bob and crew...you're the best!! ; ) Jack and Sue Shuckhart 51672
