We have light colored carpet in our coach, with tile between the living room and bed

room sections. The problem is that our two cats shed and they are dark. I

purchased a canister Dirt Devil, but it doesn't have a rolling motorized brush, and it is

almost impossible to remove all cat hair with just the wand's suction.

Do any of you have ideas? Would appreciate some suggestions.
(We're just starting as full timers, and the cats are part of the family.)

Thanks,
DeVonne

I just made room for the regular vacuum from the house. It is in the way, but it will just have to be in the way. I felt that the small ones would not be adequate to really keep the carpet clean--especially with fur-kids.

Richard;

We bought a top quality Miele Silver Moon canister vacuum for our coach. It is very compact, has a HEPA filter for my wife's allergies, and has plenty of suction to pull the cat hair off your floor! It also comes with a motorized brush that does a great job on the carpets and cat hair and the motorized brush can be turned off with a press of a button on the handle when sweeping the tile section of our coach. The vac and all the accessories easily store under our bathroom sink. You can read all about it at http://www.mielevacuums.com/ (http://www.mielevacuums.com/)
A suggestion... Don't buy any sweeper that has a vacuum driven brush. They just don't have the power on carpeted surfaces.

Regards,

Robert
