Does anyone know where to purchase the vacuum breaks installed in the drain lines? We think at least one is getting tired (we get tank odors in the coach while on the road). Just went to Lowes and at least the plumbing area clerk had no idea.

I got some at restless wheels in Manassas VA. A couple of dollars each.

I replaced the 2 in our coach a few weeks ago and found them in my local Do-It in Yuma. I would try a well stocked Ace or True Value.

Ok, I'll ask my naive question. Where are these Vacuum Breaks installed in a tank drain line? Why are they needed if the tanks are vented to the air?

Dean,
The breakers are installed on a "sink" drain line, not a "tank" drain line.

These are installed in place of an actual roof vent for a drain in a slide. For example, my coach has one for the kitchen sink. It is under the counter top.
