I have some kind of lock under the parking brake, drivers side. It is a small circular lock.I have the key but I doin't know what it does.
Any info would help I have an 2002 36' Intrigue.

Bruce, open the cabinet with the key you describe, their wiring from your Transmission Push Button Panel, Parking Brake, Toggle Switch Wiring in the cabinet.

The lock you described is a after market safety sleeve. It's purpose is to lock the air brake plunger in the ON position. This is to detere un-authorized or accidental movement of the air brake equipped vehicle.

My answer applies only of course if the lock is installed on the parking brake plunger itself. Immediately under the yellow cap.
