Does anyone else have a Prevost drivers seat installed in their country coach?

I used to in the Prevost but took it out many years ago for a nicer, larger seat that is now located in line with the center of the steering wheel.

Yes, we have one of those seats and it has not worked since we got it in our used 2000 Affinity. Something to do with the airline to it. Just have not taken the time to really look into it.

in the front run compartment there should be an air regulator that controls the air pressure to it. Be sure it has not been backed off to zero. After that there is a height rod on the seat itself that lets air in or out to maintain the height. Kinda like a ride height valve for the seat. The seats are really pretty simple as far as the air suspension goes.

Bill, you wouldn't happen to still have that seat would you?... My armrest seems to have something wrong with it and I've (so far) been unable to discern the failed part.
The air part works just fine, but it does have a slow leak that lets the seat drop deflate over time. The armrest, however, has a knob that one turns to adjust the armrest height. It is no longer controlling the armrest height....the armrest just flops down. I've managed to remove the armrest from the seat. But, I can't seen to figure out how to dissassemble the armrest. The problem is the knob that controls height. I can't figure out how to take it off.

Do you have any kind of manual? or do you know someone who might?

Thanks

PS... are you going to the Virginia rally this fall? (And, how did you deal with all the flooding on the way back from Henderson Harbor?)

Sold the seat online many years ago. Yes I'll be at the VA Rally. Ask me to look in my "box"for a manual because it may still be there, or I may have sent it along with the seat when we shipped it. You might try going online to Prevost web site and looking for the online manual. They use the ISRI seats and might have the stuff posted there. We saw the flooding.

We have one in our Rhapsody and I love it I was able to get all the manuals off the ISRI website. I was able to find the service manual there. Let me know if you can't find it and I can either email you the PDF or post it to the files section.

I was just looking at that website. It's kind of funny, anything thing that's not working right they say to replace but I guess what else should I expect. The website I was looking at was http://www.isriusa.com/fileadmin/user_upload/usa/download/Service_Manual_6800338.pdf (http://www.isriusa.com/fileadmin/user_upload/usa/download/Service_Manual_6800338.pdf).

Thanks... but the only online manual I could find just said "replace armrest".... And it didn't even show a very accurate diagram of how the armrest was connected...:-(

Can you send me the URL for a PDF file that you think might help?

Thanks very much

Here is the link, however looking at it, it only shows you how to remove and replace. Either way, there is some good info in there and worth having.
