Here is a question for anyone but probably the full timers know the answer.
How do you get repair parts shipped to you if you are sitting in a Walmart Parking lot?

Have it shipped to the local UPS or Pack and Ship store and pick it up. Can you move to a RV park and have it shipped to you there? Ship to local Post Office, will call. Does the shipper have a local supplier they do business with? Sure there are other options as well.

I would suggest you check with the UPS (or similar) store before having it shipped there. Years ago, I was having something shipped to me FedEx. I looked online and found the nearest FedEx location which was a Pack and Ship type location. When I got there to pick it up, I was told that since I did not have a box there they would not accept it. I got lucky! As I was leaving the FedEx truck drove up--I asked about my package, and he let me have it. Had I not been there when the truck arrived, the guy in the store would have refused it.
If possible, I think I would go to the nearest RV park and explain my situation and ask for permission to use their address--with the promise of course to spend a night there when the coach could be moved there.

I was on the road and headed for a destination in Colorado once and just had UPS ship to one of their UPS pick up stations, they held the part for me and I picked it up when I arrived. Worked well.

Mark

I usually have them shipped to the local post office "General Delivery" just like I do my mail. If you are in a big city just make sure the post office you have it sent to is the one that accepts "General Delivery".
