The lights on the invertor panel are going crazy flashing on and off. I just plugged into electric after trying to start the generator. Before that every thing seemed to be ok. What should I do? the invertor it self looks ok the invert/wet light is blinking the charge/gel is on the other two are off. It is a Xantrex Freedom 458.I am in Yuma, AZ and do not know who to call.(https://ec.yimg.com/ec?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.yimg.com%2Fok%2Fu%2Fassets%2Fimg%2Femoticons%2Femo2.gif&t=1415647720&sig=CQNhuDdO__ydcjneBNczoQ--~B)

That happened to me once. I just unplugged the remote and turned off the breaker to the inverter for a min or two then hooked it back up and its been fine since

Mine did that one winter. I disconnected the batteries then reconnected them and everything went back to normal.

Thanks to all of you that gave ideas on what to do about my inverter. In the end it had to be reset, would have been nice if there had been a reset button. Thanks again.

The panel in our National Tropical used to do that every now and again. I would simply reboot the panel by disconnecting the panel at the inverter for 10 seconds or so. Worked every time.

When I have had a similar problem I just unplug the cord from the remote monitor panel socket, at the inverter looks like a phone cable, and count to 10 and plug back in.
