Tried I tried to get our generator to move out from the front end of the coach. All we get is the ratcheting sound that usually tells us it is either all the way in or out of its bay. Any ideas? Don and Sue Gilbert

I've had this problem too. Have some one hold the switch on while i crawl under with a bar & pry it gently forward , it's stuck. I start to pry just after the switch is moved to open spot. After it is slid out spray with dry slide, some thing like it. Works for me. Bob '02 Magna 6028

? The bearings on the side load of the genset tray were frozen on mine. I replaced all 10 or twelve of them and you can oil the cam rollers that support the weight if you take them off. They oil from the center of the inner race. I did that since they are about $25 each and there is about 12-16 of them.
