I want to take back some of the things that I said about the RVND 5510 Rand McNally GPS. I just returned home from a 3 week run from Central California to New Orleans and back. There were 7 motorhomes running together. Everyone had a different GPS from Pioneer, Garmin, TomTom, Cobra and a couple of other brands including some Android OS tablet thing.
I wasn't leading this parade and we went through some places that I wouldn't want to take my car let alone my Coach. My GPS kept warning me and trying to reroute but we followed their's. Mine had all the steep grades correct. The speed limits correct. The correct lane to be in on the freeway like through El Paso at noon which was nuts.
Following their GPS's we went through little jaunts on neighborhood streets that were barely wide enough for us to pass through. We always seemed to be in the wrong lane and looking on the wrong side of the road for the Fuel stops, RV Parks and Walmarts. We were in the wrong lane for the off ramps that we wanted to stay on the highway we were on and had to make u turns and crazy things to get back which is real exciting with 7 coach's.
We stayed at several Walmarts. I had never done that before it was different.
I will say that there was another Country Coach a 2000 Intrigue on this trip and we never broke down or had a problem but a couple of the other people did. Made for some long days. It was funny that the guy who didn't carry extra fuel and water separator filters turned out to be the guy that needed one and had one different from everybody else. Everybody should carry an extra.

We've been using the RVND for a few months now and love it. It's not perfect, but sure works great 99% of the time. We have found RV parks, fuel stops, restaurants, post offices, etc. The best feature is the "speed warning" Samantha tells my DH. LOL. Great compliment to RVND and Country Coach! Lonny & Diane
