I've been working on a continuing problem with Roger Berke (the guru of Hydro Hot), but we've hit a point where we're both stumped. (at least I am) In summary:
1. The unit functions correctly
2. All lights are correct
3. The unit has been serviced and the hot water feature works fine
4. When heat is selected the unit circulates but the exchangers do not blow heat

All visible fuses are good and I've checked all the boxes in the several locations.
Per Roger, there is a fuse on BOTH sides of the relay to the heat exchanger fans. I can find the one which is located in the main breaker area, but have been unable to locate the fuse on the downside of the relay. Would anyone have an idea where these are located as I've looked in all available locations? Thanks in advance,
Roger Harper

Roger, Mr. Berke, and all CC owners;

After reading your summery.....and everything is working except the heat from the exchangers................Just a thought that I did and worked...At this point you have nothing to loose. Did you try to just lightly "Tap" the two hoses that come out of the unit from the top. Tap the two brass fittings lightly with a wrench. Inside those fittings are butterfly valves, ( so I was told} sometimes they become "stuck" they just need a bit of persuasion to free them up.

Try it and see what happens. Not to hard!!! Just a few light taps on the brass fittings. With the greatest respect to Mr Burke and all others! No harm if nothing happens. At this point............What else can you now do. Let me know what finally happens if that wasn't the solution. Good Luck to you Sir !
