Any suggestions on RV parks (good, or to avoid) in Phoenix area? South side of town preferred but flexible. Currently pulling an enclosed trailer so prefer something able to handle a long unit, but I can unhook if necessary.
How about covered and/or indoor storage facilities (that can handle a 42' coach).

Thanks,

Jim, drive about 48 miles south on Hwy. I-10 to Casa Grande. Very nice RV park called Palm Creek RV Resort. Large pull thoughts that well accommodate your trailer. Casa Grande has Meany good restaurant's, weather is in the 80's cool at night.

Jim I agree that you should consider Palm creek Golf and RV resort. My wife and I have spent 10 winters there. Look them up on their web site. Spots are large but not pull through. They may offer one free week if you pay for the first week. The amenities are copious. New shopping center a mile away.with Cinema center. http://www.palmcreekgolf.com/

Jim,

I don't think you will find any parks in Phoenix itself. City zoning restrictions I believe. Scads of them in Mesa (East Phoenix metro area).
I stayed at Mesa Spirit for a few months several years ago. I remember a Prevost with a stacker in one of their larger pull-thrus. I think they were able to park one of their cars in addition.

Call ahead - many parks have minimum age restrictions.
