The generator on my 1995 Concept will not start because it is not getting fuel. I have narrowed the problem to the fuel line from tank to fuel pump. Must be a crack in the line. Has anyone had this problem? Do I have to drop the fuel tank to gain access to the fuel line connection?

We did a change out of our 04 vintage lines, generator and hydro hot, after reading of failures. We did it on our time schedule, not while on a trip with a failure - so suppose we dodged this problem.
Google Gates, as we ended up with a replacement hose from them. Barricade comes to mind, but I may have that confused with some other things going on. Also seem to remember the buzz word Blue Line...
You have a good chance of having your line break down, due to the changes in diesel fuels since when your rig was built. ULSD...
I do not know your rig in relation to fuel tank, but ours had tight access, so no need to drop our tank.

Best of luck,

Our fuel line to the generator failed also. Cummins in Montgomery AL found the problem and fixed it. Reasonable price and didn't take that long. The tech had to crawl in tight places to replace the fuel line. No way my DH could have done that! '04 Allure 33'
