Hi Everyone,
Bought a used 2005 Allure HRABD "Hood River", sn#:31119. I was doing routine maintenance and I've been trying to find the water filter. It's not in the plumbing bay nor behind any of the panels in the bay. The plumbing panel I have is not the one shown in the owners manual so I question the OM description of the water filter location.
So before I completely disassemble the plumbing bay looking for it, does anyone have any alternate suggestions as to where CC may have hid the darn thing? Thanks, Jim

In our 2004 Allure the only water filter we have is under the kitchen sink. A PITA to change. We added an external filter and use both.

Om our 04 Allure High Cascade, the basement storage to the left of the plumbing bay, has a panel to access the water filter. I've also heard that some CC's have a filter close to the Hydrohot area, so that is another place to poke around.
Good luck on your hunt!

We have an 04 Allure 33' and looked in the plumbing manual. Says the filter is in the plumbing bay behind a panel. We're going to look tomorrow. Never knew we had one!

Success!!!
Found it in the hydro-hot compartment, just forward of the R rear wheel. Thanks for all the feedback. Since the compartment was secured with lag screws I didn't envision it as the location for a routine maintenance item.
Thanks again to everyone for the help.

Lonnie and Diane,
I think you'll find yours under the galley sink way back on the outside wall. Al least that is where mine is.
Good luck.

Lonnie and Diane,
I concur with George. My filter is also located under the galley sink on the back wall. Sure would seem logical to me that yours is on the back wall also
Good Luck.

Jim, I have a 2005 Allure Hood River #31282 and the water filter is on the left wall of the cabinet opposite from the plumbing bay, on the passenger side. My unit's in storage or I'd take a photo. It's on the left side of our Aqua Hot heating system, if you have one. It looks like a regular residential filter that unscrews.
Hope that helps.
