Coach is in Oregon, so i can not get to the paperwork. I'm debating towing car trailer for my HD and Jeep. Are our coaches prewired for electric brakes?

Kelly: on my coach, it is pre-wired for the lights, brake lights, turn signals, etc; but no prewire for electric brakes. When I used to pull a trailer with electrically controlled brakes, it required a brake controller near the driver to be able to adjust sensitivity, etc on the system. I am not aware of any wires specified for a controller in the driver's area. The electrical brake systems for toads don't require the driver's controller as they usually have a unit in the toad itself.

my 2004 intrigue was wired for trailer lights but not the electric trailer brakes. In the service bay for the oil filters and rear fuse panel there are 6 unused wires that go to various parts of the coach and dead end. One of the pair of wires went all the way up to the front of the coach and dead ended right behind the dash board in front of the passenger seat under the cabinet above the foot well. I was able to use these two wires to run the electric brakes without having to run new wires. You have to remove the book cabinet in front of the passenger seat to get to the two wires.
I used a wire pinger to trace the wires in the coach. BTW the other two pair of wires went to the kitchen and the rear bedroom.
The next problem I ran into is that I also tow a mercedes benz which requires a transmission pump to circulate the automatic transmission fluid when on the road. I did have to run more wires to the front for that purpose since that requires another two wires. If not for having a trailer with electric brakes, I could have used the two wires (above) for the transmission pump and not the trailer brakes.
When I ran the new wires to the front I went under the coach and ran them under up and over the differential and fuel tank and under the frame of the coach. Added a few extra wires too.
