I have a 2006 Intrigue 45 ft (4 slides) with power awnings over the driver side area right behind the driver seat, and over the passenger side in the bedroom. I pushed the lower arrow and nothing happened. I followed the directions to wake the motor and that seemed to work but the rear awning still won't do anything. The front won't raise or lower without holding the up or down arrow. Before it would raise or lower all the way unless you pushed the stop button. I can't seem to find anything about it in the coach manuals.

Dennis,
I had Girard power window awnings installed after market and, assuming that your original equipment are Girard's (which have been the predominate provider) I might offer the following:
1) Chances are that your controls are driven by a battery operated remote even though it might appear built-in. thus, you might check and verify the battery is 100%
2) If you give Girard a call you should be able to get technical help in debugging the problem. their warranty is pretty good so if it is a defective part you may only have to pay for labor to repair.
