I have a '03 Intrigue 38' w/ tag. Just got a month ago and went home to Ohio cold country. On the cold days when temps were in the 20's, the entry step would not fully close or open. Been to cold to climb under and lube system, but my guess is that is all it needs. Any other similar problem when it is cold. Everett

Everett,
If the steps have worked properly in the past, it may be just a bit of ice or snow underneath. My steps act like yours when the smallest of rocks or debris is on top of the steps when I operate them. A quick sweep off once open and the problem goes away until I try and open or close them again with any amount of crud on them. Had the same type problems with ice in cold travels.
Just my .02
Luck,
Bob
