I agree with Al ... we do not have to attack someone if they do have a good experience or agree with how we feel about things. This site is not just for the positive things that happen with are CCs.

I too had a similar experience as Al. Shawn's dad is a jerk. I

Sorry, my last email I accidentally hit the enter button without finishing my response. I had a bad experience with Shawn's dad too and Shawn had to smooth everything over. Shawn is great and the reason they are still in business. If his dad was running things, I don't think they would still be in business.

Don; unless I misunderstood your message, you are knocking him because "he can't be pleased?" I've occasionally had some very bad experiences and rather that broadcast my issue in this litigious arena of the internet, I think he did it exactly the right way. If yours was good, forget asking, for those still searching, yea, I'd like to know without wounding the provider because of a bad day. I'm sure if Premier is who they (and you) say they are, they will certainly ask too and try to make it good. My two cents for this morning . . .
Lon

Are you going to list your gripes or what? Some of us have been very pleased with their work and would like to hear why you weren't. Some people can't be pleased.

i am sure many have had positive experiences with premier and davis. however i was not so fortunate. i have never posted on the internet ever, especially a complaint. i am only offering information that may help others in the purchase of their coach. it is not my intention to defend or plea my case on this forumn.

Paul, you did good. Don could have stopped with his first sentence and seemed helpful. But, some on here need a THINK ABOUT IT mode that will not let them post for five minutes. Cannot imagine they would talk to you like that in person.
Anyway, most of us appreciate information from others, so go for it. s/Terry 31001 RIP

My name is Von Bodkin. You can call me on my cell phone at 800-804-4788. I'd just like to say that my wife and I have done nearly $50,000 worth of remodelling business over several visits with Premier RV in Junction City, OR. We consider it a blessing to have a reputable and knowlegeable company to come to who's technicians are very familiar with the Country Coach product line. Gary Obermier, Premier's service manager, has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, since he was the Senior V.P. of Operations at the old Country Coach plant and Head Engineer. As a business owner myself, doing business with other companies all over the United States, I get to deal with a broad variety of characters of people in leadership positions. I have to say that Gary Obermier comes accross as a helpful and sincere professional, which has been verified with each of our experiences doing business at Premier. The 5 technicians who worked on our coach, who specialize in various skills, are all polite, clean, and very professional, each also having personal leadership experience at the old Country Coach manufacturing facility in Junction City, OR.
Louie Courtemanche, who is over the coach sales at Premier, also comes accross as a sales professional who wants to help you find exactly what you are looking for in the various Country Coach models. They usually have, at least while we've been there, 20 coaches under cover and inside for your viewing pleasure. Louie will help you figure out the coach that meets your needs, while helping you understand the advantages of each foor plan, year and model. I just have to say, it is rare to find such a clean, professionally ran operation where you are getting coach service, remodelling or when considering the purchase of such a magnificent machine.
