Two sad examples. Called Lazydays in Tucson on an early Monday morning to arrange some possible technical work. Reception transferred the call to maintenance and I got a recording saying leave a msg. Hung up, called back, and asked if there was someone else I could talk to. The answer was no, leave a msg. So I did. It is now more than a week later and no return call. Even after going to Tucson and leaving a message at the desk, no call. The desk sent an in office email to maintenance while I was there and still no response. Visited their restaurant for dinner and it was very good, however we were the only occupied table all evening. The RV park was about 25% occupied.
Second example: called Divine Coach (formerly Desert West) in Phoenix with the same request. My call was transferred to the tech for my particular issue and he was very helpful, however parts availability was a potential issue. He said he would have the boss check on parts and call me back. Never happened. As chance would have it a friend who was aware of my call to them happened to be in their facility that very day and mentioned to the boss my call. The boss said that he was aware of the call and needed to call me back. Never happened. This could be an isolated event and I certainly hope so but it does not bode well for either of the two organizations. It appeared to my friend that the work load at Divine was very minimal. Wonder why? Lyle Wetherholt

Lyle, Give Eric Olstrom of Premier RV in Tucson a call 520-225-8155 or 520-624-2024. He'll get you some help.

First, I do agree with Don's suggestion of Eric Olstrom of Premier RV as an alternative.
Second, I am surprised by the Lazydays experience you had Lyle. Country Coach International is doing a big rally there in March (anyone can see the details at the CCI website), which I am involved with, and they have been very helpful. I am not trying to make excuses but I think they opened the Tucson location a few months ago, perhaps they are still gearing up. Just a thought.

Lyle, I've wintered in Tucson for five years. Call Premier Motor Coach Services at 520-624-2024. If you don't get a good response ask for Eric, the owner.

I just got back from Quartzsite and Buckskin Mountain State Park in Arizona. On the way there my water temp was too low. I called Colton Truck Terminal Garage. Steve said I could come in on my way home. They took me right in and installed a new fan controller. I was on the road in 1 1/2 hours. Colton Truck Terminal Garage is an asset to the RV industry.

Lowell - thanks so much for the information --- it sure helps to have this in the back of my mind as to whether a place is ok or not.....
Another place that has been very helpful and very fair (and was highly recommended to me by Calif Coach Company) is Rincon Trucking in San Clemente - thank you....
