Has anyone experienced a problem with the Good Sam Extened Waranty by having them tell your service provider to go ahead with the repair by phone and when the service provider calls back with the updated costs have Good Sam deny the service? It seems that every time the service provider calls back with the updayed costs, they get a new person to talk to and they coveniently say that they did not have authorization for the work and deny it. I am a bit frustated by this experience.
