Not sure if that would do it or not. You would have to contact them and ask. Just relaying what happened to us. Again, we did not have an aluminum radiator but a steel one but we were denied anyway because of the rubber grommets. Whether the problem is with the absence of the grommets or the aluminum radiator itself I do not know. I would contact the warranty provider and inquire if you are worried about this issue. These things, I think, are becoming more of an issue with all the manufacturers going out of business. It is an easy way to deny problems.
As to extra maintenance I would not think they could require any more than what the manufacturer recommends but US warranty always asks that question and we have always had the necessary things done so it hasn't been a problem. tammy

So, if I understand you...If I have an aluminum radiator, I need someone to add rubber bushings to the bottom, prior to having any problems... document it (work done) and I should be covered...MAYBE...Since I have not had to have any warrant work performed..they don't ask the coach owner to do any extra maintenance then what the manufacturer recommends...DO THEY?? As for an example...coolant..change every 25K miles...but they would like this service done every 15K miles.
Thanks
