Title: Entry door lock remote

The remote control on my entry door lock has stopped working. The key fobs seem OK in so far as both to have good batteries, and neither one will cause any reaction within the door.
The door will lock/unlock with the key. There is NO sound when the remote button is pressed.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

Jim Hodges

When mine did the same thing it was a blown fuse, the guys that service my coach found the blown fuse in the battery compartment on my 2004 Inspire.

Might want to check the status of the batteries in the coach; if my chassis battery gets low, the bay locks are the first thing that fails to operate. Might be a discharged problem, since even if the wires to/from the remote unit in the door are broken, you should hear the unit at least operate even if it isn't activating the unlock feature. Try the fuse first, as was suggested, then check the battery charge level if you're sure the battery in the remote is good.
