Looking to tow car trailer. I have a seven prong plug in the rear hitch.. What are my chances that CC ran wiring to the front for electric brakes?

On my coach, all of the 7 wires have a function. Look at your owners manual for a pin out.
BTW if you use your name along with the year, model, and coach number, it helps us to assist you.

There should be 4 or 5 wires in the electric bay on the curb side of coach that are deadheaded with caps on them. These wires run up to front under dash, usually in panel in front of passenger seat, they also have caps on them. that is where mine were on my 2000 Intrigue. Let me know how you do.
