Hi Folks,
After participating in this user group for some time, several recurring issues become apparent - Hurricane, roof peeling, generator cooling, tire loading capacity, tags, engine oil pan clearance, tank sensor operability, battery care, concise and complete manuals, 3 year warranty needs, take back clause, maintenance courses, product quality control, test new products in a concept vehicle for 1 year first, and the list goes on.
Consider this: A quarterly report to CCI on the problems we folks have experienced and a suggested approach for improvement.
It appears that CCI needs to examine their mission goals and consider helpful suggestions from their loyal customers. We all like CCI and our collective strength on issues deserves their attention. Perhaps a customer relations board made up of customers and CCI hierarchy should be instituted.

Here Here Fred. I'd love to be a part of such a Board. I do believe CC is a caring company and will do what they can to keep us as customers.

-You have a great idea Fred,I would be in favor of a board to provide communication in both directions.I think CC should certainly consider lengthening the warranty period. My 02 Allure is 1.5 years old now and I am still experiencing new problems every week.
