How/where can I get the individual paint codes for my coach?

Jim,

Country Coach can give you your paint codes. They gave me mine, however they are Sikkens codes that didn't do me any good. When I called Sikkens they could not identify the codes. They told me they were probably fleet colors that they do not keep in their data base.
Bottom line, I removed a couple of my vent panels, took them to my local Sherwin-Williams automotive paint store and they custom matched the colors for me. They did a great job! Good Luck,
