I just swapped out the original 24" tv that came in our 03 Allure 1st Ave with a 32" Sony plasma widescreen.
When watching a DVD or Sat movie, the 24 inch was quite small showing a widescreen movie.

On the 1st Ave, they relocated the tv to over the driver, so it does not interfere with entering or exiting the coach, and it does not intervere with entering or exiting the driver's seat.
The old JVC weighed about 75 lbs, the new one 56 lbs. I used a wall mount from Magic Mfg, it has locks on it that are rated to 8.3 on the Richter scale.

It only sticks out 4" from the old tv bezel, and 1/2 inch below.
You could find a plasma monitor-only that is smaller, but you would then have to add a seperate TV tuner to use it as a regular TV. You then have the hassle of locating the tuner, running the cables, and infared eyes to control it. The Sony has the tuner built in, this also allows you to just use the tv speakers when just watching regular broadcast tv, and not have to fiddle with the Bose remote.

I posted some pictures of before and after in the photo section in a folder "32 inch plasma"
