Hello all
I've just had my slide-out swipe seals replaced for the second time in the last 3 years. (Not counting the times they were replaced when the electrolysis issues was addressed twice ? that's another story). Has anyone else run into this frequency of replacement. And is anyone aware of any preventive measures to keep the water from pooling and wicking under the swipe seal that eventually rust-out the clips that hold them in place.
Thank you in advance.

Jeff,
Recently bought the Swipe Seals from Uni-Grip. My Clips also rusted which is a very common occurance especially for Coaches on the East Coast and by salt air. Asked if Uni-Grip switched to stainless steel Clips but they have not. Did say the New Seals have a better corrosion resistant Metal Clip. Uni-Grip Rep also recommended to run a bead of Silcone bead down the edge where the Seal meets the Coach Seal Mounting Bracket. This weekend will be replacing the Seals so will probably follow their recommendation.
