Not sure that I have an answer specific to your rig but what is used as the display panel for your BU camera? I had this same problem recently, actually had it about a year ago and forgot the fix.
If for any reasons your batteries have either been disconnected or essentially dead, it may simply need a reset within your radio if like mine. Our Allure has the Pioneer screen unit, model not remembered. We simply opened it and then clicked in to the programming area, clicked on the camera and phased it to on. Voila..picture returned.

Dave:
If your batteries were unhooked at all or your batteries went dead all you need to do is reprogram the camera on your radio/monitor, this would also be the issue with the memory on the stereo.

ours stopped working also. We tried the setup but that wasn't the problem. Then we read on another forum to check the wires under the dash in the front. Sure enough they were loose. We pushed the wires back together and taped them. No more problems.

Dave, I wrestled with my back up camera not working for two days, and then went to the back of the coach (on advice of Don Horowitz) closet, removed the camera door, pulled out the many feet of cable and located the plug connection, unplugged it and re connected it, and the camera now works. I don't know why - maybe Gremlins or one of those queer electrons. Thanks Don
