My coach battery discharges while driving and the engine starter will not turn over the engine after I stop. I have to use the battery boost to start the engine.
After connecting to shore power the battery will charge to full capacity and the engine will start. Battery voltage is 12.8 after being connected to shore power ffor awhile.
I need suggestions on isolating the cause. Coach has an Echo unit, but that may not be the problem.

Herb:

Sounds like your problem is your Boost Solenoid.

It sounds like your alternator is not charging your batteries.
First check the batteries with a load test or hydrometer test, when batteries are fully charged.
Next check voltage from alternator to batteries, should be over 14 volts with engine over 1000 RPM.
