Has anyone installed TIVO into their entertainment system?
We did -and we wouldn't be without it!!!!! Although we don't watch TV very much, when we do want to watch it we want it on our terms and not the terms of the network or premium stations.
Our TIVO is built into our DirecTV system using the Motosat sat system. Cal at Advance Satellite in Junction City installed it.
According to Cal we were the first users, and after some minor initial figuring everything out, it works just fine for about 1.5 yrs.
My suggestion; if you're thinking of doing anything "custom" with your TV system - don't fail to look into TIVO.
