What type of fasteners do you use in the wall (not in wood trim) to mount towel holder/hooks, etc.? TIA

Molly bolts or expanding plastic anchors depending on clearances behind wall. I like to use the shortest fastener that will do the job.
Does your coach have sliding pocket doors? Think ahead about door travel clearances before you start drilling.
