I know, I know.........this category has been hashed many times, but it has been awhile since the last discussions.
We switched from Progressive to GMAC five years ago (due to premium savings) and had the security of full-replacement against our new CC so long as we continued with GMAC. That time has now passed and I wonder if there might be a more economical insurer to continue with. (Course, our daily drivers were also part of the package.)
I've had my Gold Wing and Yamaha FZ-1 with Progressive for a long time and the premium has slowly increased to $600/yr with no collision coverage. (Must be all those TV commercials, or Flo demanded a raise.) From a Yamaha owner's forum, it was recommended to try Heartland. Holy Cow........the entire premium for both bikes, including collision went to $250!! Unfortunately, Heartland doesn't cover other vehicle types in my state unless the insured is very high risk (weird, huh?).

So.........this got me thinking...........any suggestions?

Try Miller Insurance agency 503-636-6347.
When I switched a couple years ago they reduced my premium without changing the insurance company.

I left GMAC because of a $700.00 year increase and have had no accidents or tickets never. We went to National Interstate and saved that 700.00 plus 200.00 more.

We changed from Progressive to National Interstate Insurance. They cover both the coach (for full timers) and the toad.
