Installed a new windshield couple months ago. Passenger side cracked starting from bottom to top. Coach sat for month and cracked again, same exact location, while sitting. Was suggested to raise windshield a little on bottom and shim at dry set to make more room for expansion. Any suggestions on remeedy. Live in Fla.

Paul, Been there done that.... three times. Talked with one of the Beaty brothers (former cc employees) who then worked for Coach Glass in Eugene, Or. If your windshield is cracked on the INSIDE layer... As the body normally torques while driving, the corner of the dash pushes out on the rear, bottom corner of windshield, stressing the glass, especially when the front wheels turn into driveway or parking lot ramps.
Gently push the lower rubber dash filler gasket away (not the windshield gasket) and check the clearence where the dash floats inside the filler. You can use a pencil. About 1/2 to an inch below the dash should have 1/4 to 3/8 inch clearence. I had to remove our dash and fold back the cover, trim 1/4 inch from the curve of the plywood and restaple the cover.
