Tribute 260 81044 Monty and Carol,
We just purchased our 2007 Tribute with 13000 miles. It had been garaged and looked new. We saw no evidence of checking on the Goodyear tires but due to age we decided to replace them with Michelins. We found the Les Schwab in Junction City across from the CC factory to be the best pricing, beating Portland prices by over $1000.00. I paid $4377.84 for six mounted and balanced. I also contacted the Red Cross who runs Goodyear tires on their fleet of busses and was able to donate the six tires from my coach to them for a nice write off. Les Schwab even transferred the tires to one of their dealers close to the RC repair center for their easy pickup. The guys at Les Schwab got us in and out in about 2 1/2 hours and we were on our way. The new tires ride better and seem quieter.

Monty,

Is the tire shop across from CC the Bob Dickman Tire shop? We are heading that way in about 10 days and need tires also.

Dick ,

Paul is The Fleet manager at the Less Schwab that I dealt with. The address is 2222 W. 1st Avenue, Junction City OR. The phone number is 541 998 3319. Be sure and call ahead as they had to order in my tires. Be sure to verify the price quote as Paul said prices were always changing.

Best regards
Mark

William,

The tire size is 295/80R X 22.5. We purchased 6 tires mounted and front two balanced for $4377.84 on 02/22/2012. These were the motorhome rated tires rather than the truck tires.
I am pleased with the ride and handling so far. Quieter and better ride than the Goodyears that were on from the factory.

Good news RC can use Goodyear Tires. Thanks for making me feel better about buying new tires.
