I had a very bad experience with U.S.Warranty, originally sold to me by Guaranty in JC, Oregon (where I bought my '05 Inspire). Refused to cover radiator (manufacturing defect), PTO (part not listed in contract), CAC (part not listed in contract). The policy was about $4,000 for 5 additional years on a brand new coach. They finally relented on the radiator as I was filing suit against them (after all, why did it last 31k miles and 5 years if it had a manufacturing defect?) I gave up on the CAC and the PTO, because I had not carefully figured out that I had purchased a "parts listed/parts covered" contract. And, in my delight at buying a new coach and my naiveté, I had not really thought about having to replace a PTO and a CAC (and I really didn't even know what they were! )
At the conclusion of my dealings with them, they offered to write me a new policy. Ha! I would never do business with them again. And, I was dealing with the president of the company. I now have Easy Care and am very happy. Having to fight as I did for what was the right thing to do in the first place left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.

I have A CSI Allegiance service warranty. It's includes everything except items listed in exclusions. Last summer they replaced my radiator under warranty without any hassle. I plan to use them again when my current warranty expires if they give me a competitive quote.

Since we are getting close to purchasing a new ERS policy (sometimes referred to as a warranty) to pick up coverage after my current Easycare policy expires, I thought I would clarify a few points beyond my previous detailed post and invite any further comment from others.

She explained the following:
So we may be disccussing and comparing apples and oranges... anyone commenting on US Warranty, *please* be sure you are talking about the company in Mayfield Heights, OH and not some other company. They have been in the business 40 years and have an excellent reputation, I believe.
Furthermore there are different levels of these policies. I know with Easycare which we have currently on our coach, they have their basic policy and a "Total Care" policy which costs quite a bit more... and whichever policy you purchase will determine what will be covered and what is not. With USWC, they have their Eagle, Eagle Plus and their Guardian policies... the latter costs more than double what the basic Eagle does. David Glen admitted he learned he had "purchased a ?parts listed/parts covered? contract". This might have been either the Eagle or Eagle Plus which are "stated coverage" policies.
This was explained to me in great detail by the finance manager at BYoung RV in Portland, OR. She said she has been dealing with USWC for more than 15 years and they are hands down the best ERS policy in the industry, but that the ONLY policy she will sell on a luxury coach is the Guardian, which is an 'exclusionary' policy - this means that unless an item is specifically mentioned as "excluded", then it is covered. After speaking with several highly regarded Service Managers at major RV service shops, I am persuaded that the best coverage and the best value is the Guardian from USWC in Ohio. Again I invite others to comment on their own experiences.
