We have a couple spots that have bubbled up under the wall paper, it is soft to the touch. Has anyone had any luck repairing this? Thanks

I have no experience on repairing wall paper. Just wanted to be sure you knew to get to 'root cause'. This sounds like a water leak that has gone on long enough to cause some rot 'soft to the touch'. Suggest, if you have not done so already, that you find the cause of the leak, and stop it. Then have a full analysis done on the 'softness' problem. You may need deeper repairs then wall paper... Hope not, but... A side caution, is if this really is a water leak caused problem, sometimes mold can kick in too. So, for health reasons you want to do more then repair the paper, you want to understand what the problem is, and repair as needed. Left un-checked, and in the right humid conditions, mold can continue to spread behind the walls.

Best of luck, and please let us know what you find out...
