Had my coach at Cummins in Salt Lake today for annual service and replace the fuel shut off solenoid. Coach would not start when hot. #1 and #6 cylinder are leaking. Anyone have good recommendation in Coburg or Eugene to replace the manifold?

Welcome to the Cracked Exhaust Manifold Club. We've had two replaced. One at Cummins-Portland (2002) & One Cummins-Corburg.(2009) It seems to be a common defect with the ISC Engine.
Know many friends that had the same problem.

Hi Mike,

May I ask what Cummins Coberg charged for the replacement? It would help in planning. I'm glad to know I am not alone. I joined the failed Fuel Shut Off club yesterday.

Jack, I didn't have Cummins Coburg do my Exhaust Manifold it was other issues they took care of. I have a Diesel Shop near my home in Texas that does engine work.
I have an ISL 370 so the numbers may be a little different. My charges for the 2 piece manifold new bolts & gaskets and labor were right at $500. If you engine has a 2 piece manifold make sure you spend a little more get both piece NEW with new bolts & gaskets.
The independent shop I use has a labor rate of $77 per hour which would be a lot cheaper than Cummins but Coburg does great work.

I'm sorry Mike I guess I wanted my question directed to Leecasebeer, I should be more careful reading the responses. That is a good price though.
