I suspect I am having trouble with one or both rear ride height valves and I am looking to replace them, but and am having a problem finding replacements. The one's on the coach at this time are; 1 front, Haldex P/N 90555275
2 rear, Haldex P/N 90555277
Does anyone know about these and where to buy them? Maybe the part numbers have changed? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check www.haldex.com and put in the part numers and see if they cross reference to a new assigned number? I checked one of them and there is a new part number assigned in their cross reference. Also, check with Ryder or your local NAPA parts store that support some of the trucking businesses. They will likely have the valves.

Hi Jim,
I did check the Haldex site and saw the new part number as a replacement. But when I looked up the new part it was completely different than what I have on the coach now. It may work but it appears to have more ports than I have hoses.... Also the site said something about these having something to do with Neway. Maybe they need to be purchased from them.
Also checked with Ryder and NAPA and nothing comes up with the part numbers that are on the valves.
Kevin Waite can get them so I'll be going with him to get the correct parts.

Barney, I found the catalog # for the three new ride height valves on my Allure. They are #90555105. Hopes this helps.

So, I take it from the comments that I will immediately know if I have a problem.
It appears that the height of the coach drops down and almost rubs the tire...correct? Mr. Brumfield..I looked up that valve you related to and it says that it is $101.25 for it.. yet everyone is saying that they paid around $200...does each type or year of coach take a different type of valve..that's why the price difference? Is there 3 or 4 of these valves on a coach?

Dave, I am not sure if they all are the same but I think so. By the time the products get on your coach they have been marked up several times. If you can get the right units for that price, I say go for it. The more recent valves are now all metal inside instead of the original plastic ones, that I had on my coach from the factory. Of course my coach is a 2002 and yours is a 2007 so it may have had the newer ones on it. The ride height valve completely failed on my left rear when I had it replaced and the replacement was was of the newer types. Believe me I had a hairy ride down the mountain riding on that left rear tire, that tire got plenty hot, as a matter of fact the Smart Tire sensor in that tire quit working shortly after that.

Dave, I forgot to answer your question about the number of ride height valves. There are 2 in the rear and one in the front. There have been some posts on this site in the past that some have had 2 in the front and 1 in the rear, which is a wrong configuration.

It is my understanding that they do not always fail suddenly. If when over nighting you lose height in one corner or end of your coach and the compressor is coming on repeatedly to re-level then you can have a leaking ride height valve. I was also under the impression you can manually raise the coach and pull a fuze to get you down the road. I am surprised that some of the tech geeks on this site haven't chimed in on this manual procedure.
