Title: Corian sinks and countertops

I've had Corian in my house and CC for 30 years. It does not leak. It is not porous as in allowing water to leak through. It will accept some stains so be careful about leaving liquids with color or wet newspaper or other colored labels on it. Most stains can be removed with bleach. I agree with Bob that it is probably around the drain.

Most Corian installers can refinish your Corian. They sand it and remove most of the scratches except the deep ones. Then they buff it and it will look much better.
